Budget Epoxy believes that floor preparation is the most important step in installing a long lasting Epoxy garage floor. Our CSCS® system ensures a long lasting beautiful floor for years to come.




The first step in our process is to Clean your floor to ensure any type of loose materials or contaminants are off of the floor surface. Any dirt or dust could get in the way of proper material penetration.




Next, we Shot Blast or commonly referred to as profile your floor. Unlike other Epoxy companies we use only the finest surface preparation machine, a Blastrac shot blasting machine. Superior to diamond grinding the Blastrac shot blaster actually profiles the concrete to ensure the Epoxy can adhere to the concrete. Grinding a floor only scratches the surface while a Blastrac machine actually opens up the pores of the concrete to allow the Epoxy to penetrate and bond to the concrete. Seventy-five percent of floors fail due to a lack of surface preparation and blasting is the only approved preparation for the Budget Epoxy® warranty.




Most importantly we use only Commercial Grade Epoxy to apply the bond coat to the floor. Our installers have over 15 years of industry experience and carefully apply the GREEN and LEED certified material to your garage floor.




Then we broadcast the designer flake or quartz color media to the floor. This creates a beautiful designer look while protecting your floor at the same time.




To allow for the material to properly cure the following day we come back to your home and apply a UV resistant Seal Coat to protect the media and then apply your approved skid resistance.
